Stronghold has been returned back to service. Please login and let us know if you encounter any issues. Previously running Fast-X sessions were terminated, users must start a new session.

Stronghold Major Outage
Please see below regarding the current outage on Stronghold:
What’s the issue? Stronghold is experiencing a complete outage, including:
- Users will not be able to log-in via FastX etc.
- All existing connections are terminated.
- File-transfers are unavailable.
What’s the cause?
- We are working to mitigate the issue and return to service.

Two-factor via Duo not working

Two-factor via Duo not working
We are currently experiencing an issue where users are not receiving the two-factor Duo prompt as they typically would for some Stronghold actions (e.g., login, data transfer, etc). This issue may also result in some delays when logging onto Stronghold.
We are currently working with Duo to resolve this issue, and will keep you updated.
